摘要 杏北开发区聚合物驱注入体系受污水水质、细菌等因素影响,溶液注入浓度达到1200mg/L左右,聚合物用量大,成本高。为了进一步提高聚驱开发效果,开展了中科院化学所研制的10203-Ⅱ功能型聚合物的室内评价研究工作,从聚合物分子结构、聚合物理化性能指标、聚合物黏度浓度曲线、聚合物黏度稳定性、聚合物抗剪切性能、聚合物流变特性和室内驱油效果这七个方面进行分析,从而了解其性能指标的情况。通过对10203-Ⅱ功能型聚合物及3500万聚合物的对比评价表明,功能型聚合物具有自组装、自交联、自带活性、抗盐、抗菌等特点,其分子量仅为1000万左右,与普通聚合物相比,相同配制浓度条件下,具有较高的体系黏度,总体驱油效果好于3500万聚合物,为功能型聚合物驱的投产提供了室内理论依据。 Since injection system of polymer flooding in Xingbei development area is influenced by produced water and bacteria, injection concentration of solution reaches 1200mg/L with a large volume and high cost. In order to further improve polymer flooding development effect, evaluation and research on 10203-Ⅱ functional polymer developed by Institute of Chemistry Chinese Academy of Sciences is performed through analysis on molecular structure, physical and chemical indexes, viscosity concentration curve, viscosity stability, shear-resistance performance, rheological behavior and oil displacement in lab, so as to understand performance and indexes condition of polymer. Comparison between 10203- Ⅱ functional polymer and 3.5 × 10^6 polymer shows that functional polymer has characteristics of self assembling, self cross - linking , self-activity, salt-resisting and antibiosis, with molecular weight of only 1.0 × 10^6. Under same preparing condition, functional polymer has higher viscosity and better displacement effect than 3.5 × 10^6 polymer. It provides theoretical lab evidence for polymer flooding popularization.
