摘要
对国家果树种质福州枇杷圃内168份枇杷种质的果实可食率进行了鉴定评价,结果显示,枇杷种质资源果实可食率变异系数为11.38%,呈偏态分布,可食率大于75.0%的种质有16份。不同来源地之间的枇杷种质资源果实可食率存在较大的差异,野生枇杷种质的果实可食率较栽培种质低,呈极显著差异,红肉与白肉枇杷种质之间果实可食率差异不显著。
The fruit edible rate of 168 accessions of loquat germplasm resources in Loquat Resource Nursery of Fuzhou National Fruit Gene - pool were studied. The results indicated that edible rate of different germplasm types had small variation. The Coefficient of variation of 16 loquat germplasm accession was 11.38% with skewness distribution and edible rate greater than 75%. There was an obvious difference in the edible rate from different sources. There was extremely significant difference in the edible rate between loquat cultivars and wild species. The difference of edible rate between red flesh and white flesh species was not significant.
