建设项目的工程造价管理和控制是个专业性很强的系统工作,贯穿整个项目的始终,是一个逐步确定、逐步细化、逐步接近项目实际造价的动态管理过程。本文提出通过工程的决策、设计、施工、竣工结算阶段对工程造价进行动态管理和控制,以期达到预期效益。

The construction project cost management and control is a highly professional job, running through the entire project from begin- ning to end. It is a dynamic management process, which is determined step by step, gradually thinning, and gradually＇ approaching to the actual cost of the project. In this paper, the author proposed the dynamic management and control of project cost through the project decision- making, design, construction, completion of settlement stage to achieve the anticipated benefits.
