摘要
随着我国蔗区劳动力结构的深刻变化,劳动力成本占甘蔗生产成本的比重不断提高,对蔗糖产业造成巨大压力,机械化已成为当前提高甘蔗产业素质的迫切要求。本文从土地资源、技术和装备、组织和管理等方面剖析了制约我国甘蔗机械化收获发展的主要因素,提出相应的政策建议。
The proportion of labor cost to sugarcane production cost is continued raising being the labor compositon deeply changing in the rural area. Mechanization becomes an urgent demand for enhancing the quality of sugar industry. We analyse the restricted factors to sugarcane harvest mechanition from land resources, technology and equipment, organization and management as well, and propose some policies and suggestions.
