农民工诚信公德意识及入城问题探析

我国农民由于长期接受中国传统文化的教育和熏陶,大多具有朴实无华、吃苦耐劳、勤俭节约等传统美德。但是在城市化建设的进程中,由于忽略了社会公德、职业道德和家庭美德的建设或者说建设的步伐相对滞后,在进城农民工身上尚存在着许多与市场经济发展和城市生活不相符合的观念和行为。本文认为,农民工的素质、诚信公德意识及技术水平的低下影响了城市化进程、经济建设和社会发展,这是当前亟待解决的首要问题。

With the long - term influence of Chinese traditional culture, most of our farmers are unadorned and always simple with these virtues such as plain living and hard struggle. However, in the process of urbanization construction, due to the neglect of the building in social morality, professional ethics and family virtues, the attitudes and behavior of these migrant workers do not conform with the development of market economic and urban life. This article holds that the low level of the quality of migrant workers, public virtues of integrity and technics would prevent the normal progress of urbanization, economic construction and social development, and that is the most important issue to be settled urgently.
