摘要
教育反思是指教师运用理智的力量对自身曾经或正在经历的具体教育情境和事件进行反省和思考,以期获得对专业活动的教育学意义的理解。教育反思在实践中存在有效性问题,具体指教育反思有没有达到改进教育实践的目的,以及教育反思的效率问题。对教育反思有效性问题的研究能够促进教师更有效地反思,更顺利地实现专业化发展。当前中小学教育反思低效是由学校管理与教师个人(态度和素质)两方面的因素造成的,因而解决教育反思的有效性问题的策略也包括学校管理和教师个人这两个方面。
A study on thd validity of educational reflection may facilitate teachers to more effective reflection and achieve their professional development more smoothly. However, the current ineffective educational reflection in primary and middle schools should be blamed on such two barriers as school administration and individual teachers, thus included in solving the problem.
