摘要
本文从系统论的角度,结合笔者的教育教学实践,着重论述了课堂教学中反馈与矫正的原则和艺术。指出在课堂教学中反馈矫正应遵循的四个原则,即:1.适时反馈,及时矫正;2.真实反馈,准确矫正;3.主动反馈,自觉矫正;4.经常反馈,反复矫正。同时对反馈与矫正的艺术也提出了独到的观点,认为要从"目光和手势、提问和练习、讨论和评价、渗透和激励"等方面注意反馈与矫正的方式和技巧,从而充分发挥反馈与矫正在课堂教学中的作用。
This paper, from the angle of systematology, suggests that four principles be adopted by teacher's feedback and rectification in classroom teaching as follows: timely feedback and rectification; real feedback and accurate rectification; active feedback and rectification; frequent feedback and repeated rectification. Meanwhile, ways and skills of feedback and rectification are also put forward, including eye contact and gesture, questions and exercises, discussion and assessment, penetration and encouragement.
