摘要
叙述了改造前国产N300-16.7/537/537型汽轮机和改造后N315-16.7/537/537型汽轮机主要设计技术指标、投入运行状况及实际运行经济性。详细介绍了该类型机组增容改造实施过程,通过改造前、后性能试验比较,铁岭发电有限责任公司3号汽轮机实际运行热耗率下降725.93 kJ/kW.h,供电煤耗下降25.39 g/kW.h,出力由300 MW提高到315 MW。经比较每年可减少向大气排放有害气体733.22 t,节省标准煤33 827.6。t2 687万元改造费用只需15个月即可回收。
This paper introduces the main design technical index, the operation status and practical operation economic efficiency of home-made N300 - 16. 7/537/537 turbine before being retrofitted and N315 - 16. 7/537/537 turbine after being retrofitted. It also describes the implementation process of capacity upgrading of such units, and by comparisons of performance test between them, the ac- tual operation heat consumption reduces 725.93 k J/kW. h in No. 3 Turbine of Tieling Power Limited Liability Company, coal consumption for power supply reduces 25.39 g,/kW.h. And the output increases to 315 MW compared to former 300 MW. The annual harmful gasses emission into the atmosphere reduces 733.22 t, saving 33 827. 6 t standard coals. 26, 87 million retrofit funds can be recovered within 15 months.
