鼻翼软骨周边结构与鼻端形态

The relationship between sytopy of alar cartilage and the shapes of nasal tip

目的：探讨鼻端解剖、组织学特征，鼻端形态与解剖结构的内在联系。方法：对４０例成人尸体鼻标本，鼻翼软骨及周边结构进行解剖、组织学观察。结果：可将鼻翼软骨分为内侧脚、中脚和外侧脚三部分，它们分别与鼻小柱、鼻尖、和鼻翼形态相对应；鼻翼软骨与邻近组织间存在６种解剖连接关系，因连接结构组织学特性不同，形成鼻端不同部位形态上的差异。结论：鼻翼软骨形态是鼻端形态的结构基础，是影响鼻个体间差异的主要因素；鼻翼软骨与邻近组织间的组织学关系。

Objective:To explore the anatomical features as well as the internal links between the morphology of nasal tip and underlying anatomy of noseMethods:Anatomical and histological observations were made on the alar cartilage and its surrounding structures in the nose of 40 cadaver specimensResults:The alar cartilage can be divided into three parts,they are medical,meddle and lateral crura,the shapes of theese cartilaginous parts are corresponding with the surface aesthetics of clumella,tip and alarAnd there are six kinds of connective relationships between alar cartilage and its surrounding structuresConclusions:The shape of alar cartilage is structural basis of the form of nasal tip,and it is the main factor to influences the divergence of each noseThe histological relationships between alar cartilage and its surrounding structures may play an important role in forming the different shapes in every part in each nasal tip
