软腭的应用解剖

APPLIED ANATOMY OF SOFT PALATE

目的:为临床软腭整形术提供形态学基础.材料和方法:在42个成人尸体(男28,女14)头颅软腭的口腔面上,使用双脚规观察测量了软腭及口咽上界的有关数据.结果:软腭的长、宽、前缘厚和后缘厚:男性分别为 3.60±0.47 cm、4.18±0.26 cm、1.38±0.27 cm和0.44±0.26 cm,女性分别为3.00±0.40cm、3.33±0.45cm、1.11±0.23ccm和0.19±0.04cm.口咽上界的前后径男性为1.11±0.26cm,女性为1.07±0.19cm;左右径男性为2.04±0.25cm,女性为1.80±0.11cm.结论:因以前缺乏该方面的解剖学数据,结果对临床实施软腭整形术有一定参考价值.

Ojbective: To provide morphologic basis for the plastic operation of soft palate. Materials and Methods: The soft palate and the superior limit of oropharynx were measured by using vernier caliper on forty-two embalmed cadaver heads (male 28, female 14). Results: The length, width, and anaterior margin and posterior margin thickness of the soft palate were 3. 60±0.47 cm, 4.18±0.26 cm, 1.38±0.27 cm, 0.44±0.26 cm in male and 3.00±0.40 cm, 3.33±0.45 cm, 1.11±0.23 cm, 0.19±0.04 cm in female respectively. The anteropasterior diameter, and the right and left diameter of the superior limit of oropharynx were 1.11±0.26 cm, 2.04±0.25 cm in male and 1.07±0.19 cm, 1.80±0.11 cm in female respectively. Conclusion: The results are of great referential role in performing plastic operation of the soft palate.
