磁性附着体覆盖义齿的临床应用与效果评价

Clinical Appliance and Effect of Magnetic Attachments in Complete Overdentures

目的:评价磁性附着体覆盖义齿的临床应用效果。方法:用磁性附着体为31例患者制作覆盖义齿共39副,同时以19例常规总义齿患者作为对照。对治疗效果和义齿的固位、咀嚼、修复体使用情况的满意度等进行调查。结果:患者对磁性附着体覆盖总义齿效果满意,患者总体满意度高;应用磁力固位的覆盖义齿戴用后并发症较少。结论:应用磁性附着体可显著改善覆盖义齿的功能,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of magnetic attachment with overdenture. Methods： In the experimental group, 39 magnetic attachments with complete overdentures were made for 31 patients. 19 patients treated with traditional complete overdentures were selected to act as control, and the overdenture retention, masticatory function, patient＇s satisfaction, and problems after application were investigated. Results： Patients in experimental group were more satisfied with complete overdentures made up of magnetie attachments than those in control group, The total satisfactory rate of patients was high, and the incidence of complications was low. Conclusion：Application of magnetic attachment can be significantly improved overdenture function, it is worth in the clinical application.
