变应性鼻炎合并鼻中隔偏曲手术治疗疗效分析

Analyzed the Surgery Efficacy of Allergic Rhinitis with Deviation of Nasal Septum

目的:探讨变应性鼻炎(AR)合并鼻中隔偏曲经鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正治疗变应性鼻炎的临床效果。方法:对确诊为常年性AR且愿意行手术治疗的121例同时合并鼻中隔偏曲的患者常规行鼻内镜检查及鼻窦冠状位CT扫描,了解鼻腔情况后分成2组,分别行鼻中隔黏膜下矫正术、鼻中隔黏膜下矫正术+前组筛窦开放术和(或)息肉摘除术,术后3个月、6个月、1年时随访,根据常年性AR的诊断标准及疗效评定标准判定疗效,并进行临床分析。结果:合并鼻中隔偏曲的121例常年性AR患者手术后3个月有效率为95.04%(115/121),术后1年有效率为90.91%(110/121)。结论:对经过常规药物治疗效果不佳,合并鼻中隔偏曲的常年性AR患者,手术矫正鼻中隔,可取得较好的临床效果。

Objective：The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical effects of allergic rhinitis（AR）with combined deviation of nasal septum by the endoscopic treatment ofnasal septum.Method：Of diagnosed as perennial AR,and to hold the 121cases of surgical treatment combined with nasal septum deviation patients conventional endoscopy nasal and sinus coronal CT scanning,to understand the situation of the nasal cavity were divided into 2groups,then respectived by submucosal nasal septum surgery, submucosal nasal septum surgery＋the open of ethmoid former group and（or）polyp surgery,after3 months,6 months, 1 year follow-up,according to perennial AR diagnostic criteria and efficacy criteria to determine the efficacy and clinical analysis.Result：121 cases of perennial AR patients with deviation of nasal septum 3 months after the effective rate was 95.04%（115/121cases）,after lyear effective rate was 90.91%（110/121 cases）.Conclusion：After conventional medical treatment for the effects of the poor, the merger of deviation of nasal septum in patients with perenrial AR surgical correction of the nasal septum can be achieved better clinical results.
