中西医结合治疗慢性肾功能衰竭疗效比较

A Comoarison of Curative Effect in Chronic Renal Failure by Chinese and Western Medicine Therapy

目的:观察综合疗法治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的远期疗效。方法:将120例慢性肾功能衰竭患者随机分为治疗组60例,在西医治疗的基础上给予中药综合治疗,对照组60例,给予西医基础治疗,观察两组疗效及治疗前后肾功能的变化。结果:治疗组强效、无效、总有效率为(41.7%、18.3%、81.7%),高于对照组(30.0%、36.7%、66.7%),(x^2=3.86,x^2=3.91,x^2=3.94,P<0.05);治疗组用药后临床症状均有明显改善(P<0.05),且积分下降幅度明显大于对照组组。结论:中西医结合疗法治疗慢性肾功能衰竭疗效明显优于单纯西医治疗。

Objective：To observe the long-term effect of comprehensive therapy on chronic renal failure（CRF）. Methods： 120 cases of CRF were divided into two groups.The treatment group（60 cases）and control group（60 cases）,the treatment group on based western medicine was gire the chinese herbal medicine treatment and the control group was gire western medicine treatment.Toobserve the change of clinical symptoms,Scr and Ccr after treatment and before treatment. Results：The rate of markedly effective,ineffective,total efficiency in treatment group（41.7%,18.3%,81.7%）,the control group（30.0%,36.7%,66.7%）were higher than the control group（30.0%,36.7%,66.7%） （Х^2 =3.86,Х^2=3.91,Х^2=3.94,P〈0.05）;The clinical symptom and lab detection improved greater obviously of patients in treatment group than those in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions：The curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than the control group in patients with CRF.
