阿托伐他汀治疗血脂紊乱的临床观察

目的:探讨阿托伐他汀治疗血脂紊乱的疗效。方法:口服阿托伐他汀10mg,每日1次。患者在治疗期间进行标准的低胆固醇饮食维持合理的膳食。伴有高血压、冠心病或糖尿病患者继续服用不影响脂质代谢的药物。同时用药前后检测肝、肾功能、血浆肌酸激酶(CK)、血常规、心电图各一次。结果:治疗后观测指标的变化,用药4周末,患者血清TC,TG,LDL-C均有明显下降,与用药前比较差异有非常显著性(P<0.01);HDL-C则较治疗前明显上升(P<0.05)。本组显效21例,有效27例,无效2例,无恶化病例。结论:阿托伐他汀是TC合成的限速酶(HMG-COA还原酶)的抑制剂,可反馈性刺激细胞表面的LDL受体增加,加速LDL-C进入细胞降解,使血液中LDL-C水平降低。本文证实阿托伐他汀治疗高脂血症有效性高、安全、不良反应小,长期服用比较安全,患者耐受较好,是治疗高脂血症、血脂紊乱有效药物,值得临床推广应用。
