正常跟腱超声解剖学及其临床意义 被引量:4

Ultrasound anatomy of normal Achilles tendon and its clinical significance

摘要 目的:为临床超声诊断跟腱病变提供参考资料。方法:应用超声探测60人次正常跟腱的超声图像、厚度及宽度。结果:①超声纵切声像图显示跟腱呈线样均质性的较强回声;横切声像图表明跟腱起点为较强回声的椭圆形,中点呈圆形较强回声,止点呈椭圆形或月牙形较强回声;②跟腱平均厚度男6.7±0.9mm、女6.0±0.8mm,平均宽度男15.4±2.3mm、女14.2±2.4mm。结论:跟腱厚度与身高存在显著相关(r=0.68,P<0.001);超声检查可作为诊断跟腱部分断裂和家族性高胆固醇血症的首选方法。 Objective: To provide a reference data for clinical diagnosis of pathological Achilles tendon(AT)The normal ultrasonography of AT as well as its thickness and breadth measurements were detected and measured by US on 60 adult subjectsResults:Longitudinal sonograms showed the fibrillar architecture of the AT was linelike homogeneous hyperechoicTransverse sonograms demonstrated that the origin of the AT was elliptical in shape,the middle part of the AT was round and the insertion of the AT was elliptical or crescent in shapeThe thickness of the AT was 67±09 mm(men) and 60±08 mm(women)The average breadth of the AT was 154±23(men) and 142±24(women)Conclusions:A statistical significant correlation was found between the AT and body heightUltrasonographic method could be used to diagnose the AT partial ruptures and familial hypercholesterolemia
