摘要
用HRP逆行追踪和免疫细胞化学ABC法相结合研究了红核内酪氨酸羟化酶、生长抑素和亮啡呔免疫活性神经元至延髓外侧网状核的投射.结果表明,红核内HRP标记细胞为对侧性,主要分布于其尾侧2/3,同时,还可见酪氨酸羟化酶、生长抑素、亮啡呔单标细胞及HRP/酪氨酸羟化酶、HRP/生长抑素、HRP/亮啡呔双标细胞,其中HRP/酪氨酸羟化酶双标细胞约占HRP单标细胞25.2%,HRP/生长抑素双标细胞约占21.3%,HRP/亮啡呔双标细胞约占15.4%.红核参与镇痛和心血管活动的调节可能与上述神经递质有关.
The projection of tyrosine hydroxylase-like immunoreactive (TH-LI), somatostatin-like im-munoreactive (SOM-LI) and Leucine-enkephalin-like immunoreactive (L-ENK-LI) neurons in red nucleus to lateral reticular nucleus was demonstrated by horseradish peroxidase(HRP) retrograde tracing and immunocytochemical avidin-biotin-peroxidase complex (ABC) methods. Seven kinds of labeled neurons were found: HRP labeled neurons, TH-LI, SOM-LI, L-ENK-LI neurons, HRP/TH, HRP/SOM and HRP/L-ENK double-labeled neurons. The percentage of HRP/ TH double-labeled neurons in the total number of HRP labeled neurons were 25. 2%, of HRP/ SOM double-labeled neurons 21. 3% ,and of HRP/L-ENK double-labeled neurons 15. 4% respectively. These neurotransmitters may be involved in the regulation of the analgesia and cardiovascular system in the red nucleus.
