摘要
目的:研究间脑和脑干至眶皮质的传入投射.方法:HRP逆行示踪法.结果:将HRP分别导入18只大鼠的内侧及腹侧眶区、腹外侧眶区和外侧眶区后,在同侧丘脑背内侧核中可见密集的标记细胞,并有一定的局部定位;其次在同侧丘脑的胶状核、前内侧核、菱形核、腹外侧核和腹内侧核中可见大量标记细胞.在同侧下丘脑外侧区、背侧区、未定带和背内侧核中可见少量标记细胞.在脑干的黑质致密部、腹侧被盖区、中缝背核、导水管周灰质中也可见标记细胞.标记细胞数及分布随导药部位不同而有差异.结论:眶皮质的传入投射主要起源于背侧丘脑,少量起源于下丘脑和脑干.
Objective: To study afferent projections from the diencephalon and brainstem to the orbital cortex(OC). Methods: HRP retrograde tracing technique. Results; After HRP was injected into the medial and ventral OC, ventrolateral OC and lateral OC in 18 rats, most of labeled cells were concentrated in the ipsilateral mediodorsal thalamic nucleus, and some were localized topographyly. A great number of labeled cells were found in the ipsilateral thalamic gelationosus,the anteromedial, the rhomboid, the ventrolateral and the ventromedial nucleus. A small number of labeled cells appeared in the ipsilateral hypothalamic lateral area, the dorsal area, Zona incer-ta, and the dorsomedial hypothalamic nucleus. Labeled cells were found in compact part of the substantia nigra, the ventral tegmental area, the dorsal raphe nucleus and the central gray of aqueduct in the brainstem. The number and distribution of labeled cells were different as HRP was injected into different OC. Conclusion: The afferent projections of OC originated mainly from the drosal thalamus, but also from the hypothalamus and brainstem.
