摘要 应用多元统计分析中的主成分分析和因子分析法,对华中师范大学研究型课堂教学效果评价的指标进行分析和处理,计算出一个以每个主因子的方差贡献率作为权重的综合评价函数,并依此综合评价函数对华中师范大学开展研究型教学的16位教师的教学质量进行了科学合理的评价,得出研究型教学的特色所在为以生为本及其相关结论。 This article applies the principal component analysis and the factor analysis method to analyse and process the targets of the research - based teaching appraisalof Hua Zhong Normal University. On one hand, many relevant target variables are turned into the minority several irrelevant new overall targets, and the principal factores of the research - based teaching ap- praisal are discovered, on the other hand,a comprehensive evaluation function which uses the variance contribution rate of the principal faetores as the weighing ordinal number is calculated. The quality of teaching of 16 teachers who use the research - based teaching are reasonable appraised by this function, and the characteristic of the research - based teaehing is student - based teaching and the related conclusions are obtained. This appraisal method effectively rule out the impact of relevant indi- cators in the traditional teaching appraisal , it simplifies the appraisal system, reduces the cross and redundant information of the appraisal. It provides a accurate method for the research - based teaching appraisal.
