血液低切粘度能否作为反映红细胞聚集性的指标?

CAN THE LOW-SHEAR VISCOSITY OF BLOOD BE TAKEN AS AN INDEX REFLECTING THE RBC AGGREGATION?

血液在低切变率下的粘度通常被当作反映红细胞聚集性的一个指标。最近，美国Ｂａｓｋｕｒｔ和Ｍｅｉｓｅｌｍａｎ对于一些采用物理或化学方法改变了形态或力学性质的细胞做试验表明，红细胞悬浮在血浆中所测得的低切粘度并不总与其聚集性相关，因而建议慎用血液低切粘度作为反映红细胞聚集性的指标。

The low-shear viscosity of blood is usually taken as an index reflecting the RBC aggregation. However,Baskurt and Meiselman's recent experiments using physically or chemically treated RBCs with alterations in the cellular morphologic and mechanical properties have shown that the low-shear viscosity of the RBC suspension in plasma does not always correlate with the RBC aggregation. Thus,it is suggested that one should be very cautious in using the low-shear viscosity of blood as an index refecting the RBC aggregation.
