润扬长江大桥钢箱梁的温度分布监测与分析 被引量:36

摘要 基于润扬长江大桥斜拉桥和悬索桥钢箱梁的温度观测结果,研究了扁平钢箱梁在日照作用下的温度分布特征,比较了悬索桥和斜拉桥2种桥型钢箱梁温度场的差异。实测结果表明:(1)钢箱梁顶板的昼夜温差明显大于底板的昼夜温差,且悬索桥钢箱梁的昼夜温差较斜拉桥更为明显;(2)钢箱梁底板的横向温度分布基本相同,可以不计横向温差影响;(3)钢箱梁顶板的横向温差表现为非线性时变特征,且斜拉桥和悬索桥钢箱梁的顶板温度分布模式存在明显的差异。润扬长江大桥扁平钢箱梁的温度分布模式为扁平钢箱梁在日照温差作用下的结构计算和桥面铺装层计算提供了重要参考。 Based on the observation results of steel box girders of Runyang Cable-stayed Bridge and Runyang Suspension Bridge, temperature distributions in steel box girders subjected to sunshine were discussed.The differences in temperature distributions between the cable-stayed bridge and suspension bridge were presented in detail. The analysis results reveal that (1) the temperature difference in top plate in one day is larger than that of bottom plate and the temperature difference of suspension bridge is larger than that of the cable-stayed bridge; (2) the transverse temperature distributions in bottom plate are almost sane and the temperature difference effect can be neglected; (3) the temperature distribution in top plate is nonlinear and nonstationary and the temperature distribution patterns in top plate of cable-stayed bridge and suspension bridge are distinctly different. The temperature distributions in steel box girders of Runyang Yangtse River Bridge can be used as a reference for the calculation of temperature effects of steel box girder and bridge deck surfacing design.
