围排卵期卵泡内一氧化氮分析

摘要 目的:通过分析人围排卵期卵泡内一氧化氮(NO)水平与卵泡液量、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)等卵泡内环境的关系及与血清E2、采卵数间的关系,探讨NO在卵泡发育、排卵中的作用。方法:卵泡液由23名接受体外受精—胚胎移植(IVF-ET)的志愿者提供,卵泡内NO水平应用荧光色谱分析法,IL-1β应用酶联免疫法,E2及P应用放免法测定。结果:卵泡内NO水平与IL-1β水平呈有意义正相关(r=0.49P<0.001);卵泡内NO水平与血清E2水平及采卵数呈有意义正相关(r=0.46,P<0.05;r=0.62,P<0.01)。结论:在人的围排卵期,卵泡内有一定水平的NO,并可能受IL-1β的调节; Objective:This paper was to study the effect of nitric oxide(NO) on follicular development and ovulation.Methods:Follicular fluid was individually collected from 23 women undergoing IVF treatment. The concentration of NO,IL 1β,E 2 and P were assayed with Fluormetry, ELISA,and RIA.Results:Follicular NO was sighificantly[KG2〗correlated[KG2〗with[KG2〗follicular IL 1β Concentrations(r=0.49 P<0.001);and was also significantly and positively correlat with the number of oocytes retrieved(r=0.62 P<0.01) and serum E 2(r=0.46 P<0.05).Conclusions:A certain level of NO was present in follicular fluid during human Periovalatory period. It might be regulated by IL 1β. NO could erect an important function in follicular derelopment and ovulation.
