摘要
目的:分析发育和生长过程中的小鼠体重与其左心室心肌收缩结构和产能结构含量的相关关系。方法:称量胚胎16日至生后60日小鼠的体重,测量其左心室肌原纤维和线粒体的11种体视学定量参数,对体重与体视学定量参数的结果作直线相关、直线回归和一元非线性回归分析。结果:Vm/Vs、Smo/Vs、Smo/Vmit、Nv和V与体重无直线相关关系;Vf/Vs、Vm/Vf、Smc/Vmit、Smc/Vs、Smo/Vf和Smc/Vf与体重的关系能用直线方程回归,除Vm/Vf外,它们均能用多种一元非线性函数拟合,以对数曲线的拟合效果最好;双曲线函数能较好地拟合Vm/Vs和Smo/Vs与体重的关系。结论:在发育和生长过程中,体重的增长导致心肌微细结构的改变,与心肌收缩结构和产能结构的变化有关,当体重较轻时肌原纤维和线粒体含量的增加幅度较大,体重较重时增加的幅度较小;生长发育早期,心肌主要以线粒体结构迅速增加。
AIM:To understand the relationship between body weights and constants of myofibrils and mitochondria which are main structures consuming and producing ATP in the left ventricular myocardial cells.METHODS:After body weights of mice from 6 days before birth to 60 days after birth were measured and contents of myofibrils and mitochondria in the left ventricular myocardial cells were evaluated by the eleven stereological parameters,their relationships were analyzed with the linear and nonlinear equation.RESULTS:The Vm/Vs、Smo/Vs、Smo/Vmit、Nv and V vs,respectively,were not in linear relativity with body weights;Vf/Vs、Vm/Vf、Smc/Vmit、Smc/Vs、Smo/Vf and Smc/Vf vs,respectively, body weights can be regressed by linear equation and fitted by the logarithmic function also,but Vm/Vf only by the front;Vm/Vs and Smo/Vs vs,respectively,body weight can be fitted by the hyperloba function.CONCLUSIONS:During the development and growth of mice,increase of body weight resulted in the changes of microstructures of contraction and energy production in the myocardial cells.The lighter was the body weight,the more was the scale of increase of body weights vs contents of myofibrils and mitochondria.In the early period of the development and growth of mice,mitochondrial constitution increased rapidly but in the later period mitochondrial function became more and more perfect, so that requirement of energy of the more powerful heart function was satisfied.
