摘要
虚拟仪器技术在信号测试测量领域的应用越来越广泛,设计基于虚拟仪器技术的应力应变检测系统,介绍双孔梁应变检测原理、硬件组成,以及利用LabVIEW软件实现该系统功能的程序流程和具体的设计过程,给出应变测量程序和低通滤波电路。该系统简单易用,通过对双孔梁的应变测量实现了对其端部受力的测量。
Virtual Instrument(Ⅵ) has been extensively used in the field of signal measurement, the system of strain detection based on Ⅵ is designed, the detection theory of the two - hole beam, the composition of hardware , the the program flow and practical design process which is used to realize the system function with labVIEW are introduced. Besides,the measuring program and the low pass filter circuit are given. The system is user - friendly, through the measurement of strain, the force applied on the end of the two - hole beam is realized.
