摘要
微量注射泵是临床医疗和生命科学研究中应用广泛的仪器。旨在开发出一种性能优越、价格低廉的微量精密智能注射仪,采用机电一体化,嵌入式的多核处理系统完成信号检测和电机控制。注射泵通过步进电机的细分控制对注射精度进行控制,应用多个传感器对注射状态进行检测,成功实现了微量药液的智能精密注射,而且比国内外同类产品降低了成本,提高了精度。
Micro- injection pump is the conventional apparatus used in the organization of medical treatment and health protection. Aimming at developing a kind of injectors which have perfect performance, cheap price and intellectual property. The pump with the mechanical and electrical integration,embedded multi- core processing system realize signal detection and motor control. With stepping motor subdivision control to realize precision injection, and application of multiple sensors to detect the status of the injection, the micro- injection pump is successful implementation of the micro-smart precision liquid injection. Compared to the similar products at home and abroad,it is lower costs and more precise.
