In his book ＂The World Is Flat＂ of Mr. Freidman, the writer described a new operation mode for enterprises under a global context. Because of the development and popularity of network and information technology, this made it possible to integrate the resources worldwide no matter whether the enterprises are large or small. To operate successfully for any organizations, the key is the core competitiveness and efficient business mode. Clearly, it is valuable to conduct a study of flat organizations. The paper focuses on information-based operation pattern of flat organizations. Furthermore, this paper will testify the feasibility and validity of operation mode for flat organizations through case study.
