摘要
湖北处于中国腹地,人杰地灵,历史上曾经创造了灿烂的楚文化。由于物流便捷,食用原料丰富,鄂菜一度成为长江中下游地区菜式的典范。鄂菜的精髓则是善于制作各种圆子,历来有"无圆不成席"之说。荤菜圆子、素菜圆子多达几十种,一种圆子一种风格,一种圆子一种味道。湖北人把圆子菜发挥到极致,通过吃圆子追求事事圆满,展示了湖北人圆通的性格特征。
Hubei, located in the hinterland of china, is an inspiring place producing outstanding talents, and the brilliant Chu culture was once created there. The convenient physical distribution and rich and varied food materials qualify Hubei cuisine as a typical model in the area of the middle and lower reaches of Changjiang River. The pith of Hubei cuisine lies in the variety of Yuanzi, which is one of dispensable dishes in China. Yuanzi, whether meat or vegetable contained in it, possesses different styles and tastes, which suggests Hubei natives' quest for perfection, representing their tactful and sophisticated disposition.
