摘要
通过介绍由PLC控制的步进电机定位系统硬件组成和编程技术,表明步进电机在非超载的情况下,电机的转速、停止的位置只取决于脉冲信号的频率和脉冲数,这一线性关系的存在,使速度、位置等控制变得非常简单。
By introducing the hardware framework of PLC controlling stepper motor position system and programming technology, the article demonstrates that under the condition of normal load, the stepper motor's speed and stop position are determined only by the frequency and pulse number. The presence of this linear relationship, make the controls of speed and position, etc. , very simple.
