120例老年妇女围手术期处理的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Perioperative Management of 120 Elderly Gynecological Patients

目的探讨60岁以上老年妇女进行妇科手术的可行性。方法采用回顾性分析2004年3月-2009年3月60岁以上120例老年妇科患者围手术期的资料。结果资料显示老年妇女易合并高血压、糖尿病,老年妇科手术疾病中,子宫脱垂占35.0%,恶性肿瘤占31.7%,良性肿瘤占33.3%,术后可出现泌尿系感染、切口裂开、肺部感染等并发症。结论只要术前准备充分,选择合适的麻醉、手术方式,术中、术后加强监护,老年妇科患者可安全度过围手术期。

Objective To study the possibility of gynecologic surgery in the elderly woman. Methods The perioperative data of 120 aged patients with gynecologic surgery were analyzed retrospectively. Results The data showed that senile women were easy to suffer from hypertension, and diabetes mellitus. The common gynecologic surgery indications for elder women were prolapse of uterus（35.0% ）,gynecologic malignant tumor（31.7% ） and benign tumor（33.3% ）. The urinary infection,pulmonary infection and wound split were common after operation. Conclusion The full preparation before operation, suitable anesthesia and operation management, and careful monitoring during and after operation will help the senile women pass safely through the perioperative.
