中国城市社区卫生服务服务站中医药服务比较研究

Comparison Research of Chinese Medicine Service of Community Health Service Station in China

目的了解全国社区卫生服务站中医药服务发展,探索阻碍社区卫生服务服务站中医药服务发展的瓶颈和关键问题,研究和提出社区卫生服务服务站中医药服务构架和可持续发展的相关政策。方法在国家东、中、西三个地区分别在2005年和2007年抽查10个省83个社区卫生服务服务站,设计好调查项目要求和调查表进行调查。结果两个时段中医主要诊疗仪器的配置数量都呈上升趋势,其中中药熏蒸仪和牵引床增长最快。2007年与2005年比较,中部社区卫生服务站的药品种类呈现减少状况,而西部社区卫生服务站的药品种类呈现增加状况。结论应建立健全社区中医药服务网络,大力培养中医全科医生。

Objective To investigate the status of Chinese medicine service of community health service station in China, and promote it＇ s development. Methods In 2005 and 2007 respectively, 10 provinces of three regions of national east,inside and west, 83 community health service station were investigated. Results The number of main Chinese medicine instructions for diagnosis and treatment was in an up-trend ,especially Chinese medicine suffocating apparatus and traction bed. Compared with the year 2005, the kind of medicine decreased in inside,and the kind of medicine increased in west in the year 2007. Conclusion It was necessary to establish the network of community Chinese medicine service, and educate the Chinese medicine general practitioner.
