摘要
目的观察动脉硬化性闭塞症(Atherosclerosis Obiterans,ASO)患者血浆内皮素-1(Endothelin-1,ET)、一氧化氮(Nitric Oxide,NO)及血脂的变化状况及用阿托伐他汀治疗的临床疗效。方法将68例因高脂血症为主要因素而致的ASO患者随机分为两组,对照组34例,给予烟酸片治疗;治疗组34例,给予阿托伐他汀治疗。并分别监测血中ET-1、NO和血脂在治疗前、治疗后1周、2周、3周的含量变化,比较两组之间的差异。结果ASO患者血中ET-1偏高、NO水平偏低,用阿托伐他汀治疗的降脂疗效较好,水平恢复正常较快,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀能降低ASO患者的血脂水平,治疗ASO,改善ASO患者的血管内皮功能。
Objective To observe the changes of blood ET-1, NO and blood fat in patients with atberosclerosis obliterans （ASO） and the clinical treatment efficacy of Atorvastatin. Methods 68 cases with ASO caused by hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into two groups. The control group （ n = 34 ） took nicotinic acid and the treatment group （ n = 34 ） took Atorvastatin tablets. The serum levels of ET-1 ,NO and blood fat were detected at weeks 1,2,3 after treatment. Results The level of ET-1 and NO were slightly high in ASO patients. Atorvastatin decreased the blood fat, the difference between the two groups had significant difference （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion Atorvastatin can effectively decrease the level of blood fat and improve the function of vascular endothelial in ASO patients.
