风险管理在ICU护理质量预警管理中的作用

Contribution of Risk Management in ICU Nursing Quality Early Warning Management

目的在ICU护理质量管理中运用护理风险管理,以提高ICU护理质量。方法通过对护理风险的识别、衡量和评价、处理、效果评价4个阶段的护理风险管理,采取一系列有效的防范措施。结果护理风险管理提高了ICU护士的风险意识和业务水平,减少了护理差错和纠纷的发生。结论护理风险管理在ICU的应用降低了护理风险的发生,确保了护理安全。

Objective To improve the quality of nursing care by introducing the nursing risk management in intensive care unit （ICU）. Methods Nursing risk management was carried out in four stages of recognition,judgment, treatment and effect evaluation. The effective preventive measures were adopted. Results Nursing risk management enhanced the risk consciousness and occupation level of nurses in ICU,and reduced occurrence of nursing errors and disputes. Conclusion The nursing risk management can reduce nursing risk and ensure the safe nursing.
