剖宫产术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防及护理

Prevention and Nursing of Patients with Lower Limb Deep Venous Thrombosis after C-Section Technique

目的探讨剖宫产术后下肢深静脉血栓形成(Deep Venous Thrombosis,DVT)的预防和护理措施。方法对920例剖宫产术后产妇采取预防性护理措施的回顾性探讨,并对发生下肢DVT患者进行抗凝、溶栓等治疗及有针对性的护理。结果只有2例发生下肢DVT,经综合治疗护理,2例患者短期内完全康复。结论剖腹产术后采取预防性护理措施可减少下肢DVT的发病,有针对性的治疗护理可促进DVT患者的康复,宜广泛推广应用。

Objective To explore the prevention and nursing of patients with lower limb deep venous thrombosis（DVT） after eseetion technique. Methods 920 parturient women that received e-section teehnique were tended preventively and analyzed retrospectively, target-oriented treatment and nursing was performed to deal with lower limp DVT. Results Lower limp DVT occurred in 2 eases, and the two recovered completely after complex therapy and nursing. Conclusion The preventive nursing measure can reduce ineidenee of lower limb DVT in women that reeeived e-section technique. Target-oriented nursing may promote the DVT patient＇ s recovery and should be popularized.
