摘要 以肝素纳为模型药物、明胶为载体材料,采用单因素初选,正交设计方法,优选出稳定的肝素钠-明胶微球的制备工艺,并对其形态、大小、分布及载药量进行了研究。结果表明,肝素钠明胶微球的平均直径为11.2μm,包封率达86.3%,载药量为23.2U/mg。 In this paper, Sodium heparin was chosen as model drug and sodium heparin gelatin microspheres were prepared. The technology was optimized by orthogonal design. An optimal condition was established. The appearance, size and sise distribution, drug loading were studied. The results showed that the mean size was 11.2μm, embedding ratio was 86. 3%, drug loading was 23.2 U/mg.
