黄精赞育胶囊治疗男性不育弱精子症40例疗效观察

Observation of Therapeutic Effect of Huangjingzanyu Capsule on 40 cases of Asthenospermia in Infertility

目的观察黄精赞育胶囊治疗男性不育弱精子症的临床疗效。方法将80例男性不育弱精子症患者随机分为两组,对照组40例口服生精胶囊治疗;治疗组40例口服黄精赞育胶囊治疗。观察两组患者治疗后临床疗效及精子活力情况。结果两组患者治疗后总有效率及精子活力指标比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05);两组患者治疗前后精子活力指标比较具有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论黄精赞育胶囊治疗男性不育弱精子症疗效确切,可以明显提高精子活力。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of huangjingzanyu capsule on asthenospermia in infertility. Methods 80 cases of asthenospermia in infertility were divided randomly into two groups. In control group （40 cases ）, shengjing capsule was administered orally. In treatment group （40 cases ）, huangjingzanyu capsule was taken orally. It was to observe the clinical efficacy and sperm activity after treatment in two groups. Results There was no significant differences in total clinical effective rate and sperm activity between two groups after treatment （P 〉 0.05 ）. But, the extremely significant difference presented in sperm activity before and after treatment in two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Huangjingzanyu capsule has definite effect on asthenospermia in infertility and it improves sperm vitality evidently.
