社区家庭访视对代谢综合征的防治效果评价

目的探讨社区家庭访视对代谢综合征的防治效果。方法将220例代谢综合征患者随机分为家庭访视组和对照组各110例。家庭访视组由专职医务人员进行定期家庭访视,对照组不作干预。2年后比较干预前后两组间的相关指标。结果2年后家庭访视组患者的自我管理率、相关知识知晓率、药物治疗率、达标好转率、遵医行为均显著优于对照组(P<0.01);心脑血管并发症发生率显著低于常规组(P<0.01)。结论实施社区家庭访视是代谢综合征防治的一种行之有效的方法。
