摘要
分析了一种简单有效的永磁同步电动机转子初始位置检测方法。该方法通过对电机定子绕组施加特定的电压信号,利用电机的饱和凸极效应,使绕组电流随位置呈现不同的幅值,从而准确估算出电机转子的初始位置。为了消除估算时电机转动的影响,采用正负脉冲电压交替施加的方式,同时这种方式也提高了检测速度。给出了顺序法和二分法两种实现方法,并对这两种实现方法进行了对比。利用MATLAB建立了具有饱和特性的永磁同步电动机模型,仿真结果证明了该方法的有效性和可行性。
A simple and effective initial position detection method of surface-mounted PMSM Rotor is analyzed. By injecting a specific voltage signal to the stator windings, wingding current has different peak value because of satu- ration saliency effect, which it allows to estimate the initial rotor position accurately. In order to eliminate effect of rotation, positive and negative voltage pulses are injected alternately which can improve detection speed. Sequence and dichotomy methods are presented and compared. The electrical model of PMSM with saturation characteristic is established by MATLAB, the simulation results illustrate correctness and feasibilities of the proposed method.
