摘要
LMH201A-160型布铗丝光机由FKZ-Ⅱ型可控硅直流调速系统实施驱动与控制,存在可靠性低、不具备故障自检测功能等诸多弊端,严重影响了生产线的正常运行。针对丝光机提出了基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)控制的交流变频调速系统,对系统的硬件组成和软件设计进行了详细分析。
The LMH201A-160 clip mercerizing machines, driven and controlled by the FKZ-Ⅱ silicon control direct current speed-regulating system, have many disadvantages such as low reliability, failure to automatically detect breakdowns, etc. These disadvantages have severely influenced the normal run of production line. A alternating current variable frequency speed-regulating system based on PLC is proposed, and a relatively detailed analysis on hard- ware composition and software design of the system is given.
