RUHDF多酶清洗剂加去锈剂与多酶清洗剂清洗效果的对比研究

Comparative Research on Cleaning Effect between Multienzyme Abluent of RUHDF Combined with Des-rust Abluent and Multienzyme Abluent of RUHDF

目的探讨RUHDF多酶清洗剂加去锈剂的清洗效果。方法将供应室回收的非感染性污染器械4000件随机分成对照组和试验组,对照组给予单纯多酶清洗剂进行清洗,试验组在此基础上给予多酶清洗剂加去锈剂进行清洗,观察两组器械清洗合格率等。结果对照组清洗的2000件器械洁净度低、无光泽,合格率为81.00%;试验组2000件器械光洁度高,符合金属器械类的清洁标准,合格率为97.67%,两组合格率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。杰力试纸测试中试验组合格率98.00%,对照组85.00%,两组合格率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论RUHDF多酶清洗剂加去锈剂清洗医疗器械效果优于单纯多酶清洗剂,而且清洗过程省力,值得应用。

Objective To invesgate the cleaning effects between multienzyme abluent of RUHDF combined with des-rust abluent. Methods 4000 contaminated un-infectivity apparatus were diveded into the test group and the control group.The apparatus in control group re ceived the cleaning of simple multienzyme abluent, and the apparatus in the test group received the clearing of multienzyme abluent of RUHDF combined with des-rust abluent.The cleaning rate of qualification was observered. Results The 2000 apparatus in the control group were bloom and were with low clean degree, and the cleaning rate of qualification was 81.00%. The 2000 apparatus in the test group were with high clean degree to meet the cleanliness standard and the cleaning rate of qualification was 97.67%, so there was significant difference between two groups（P 〈 0.05）. The rate of qualification in indicator paper experiment was 98.00% in the test group and 85.00% in the control group, so there was significant difference between two groups（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The cleaning effect of multienzyme abluent of RUHDF combined with des-rust abluent is superior to simple multienzyme abluent of RUHDF, and the course of cleaning is labor-saving, which de serves application.
