广州地区1500例健康妇女阴道分泌物检查结果分析

The Analysis of Vaginal Discharge Examination in 1500 Cases of Healthy Women in Guangzhou

目的了解广州地区健康妇女阴道感染情况。方法用KOH湿片法进行阴道分泌物常规及细菌性阴道病(BV)检查。结果1500例妇女中:阴道清洁度异常比例45.07%;假丝酵母菌阳性52例,阳性率3.47%;阴道毛滴虫阳性3例,阳性率0.20%;细菌性阴道病(BV)66例,阳性率4.40%;假丝酵母菌合并细菌性阴道病(BV)12例(0.80%)。结论现阶段妇女阴道感染情况不容乐观,有必要定期进行阴道分泌物检查。

Objective To investigate vaginal infection of 1500 women with general health examination in Guangzhou City. Methods KOH wet mount and smear were used to examine vaginal secretion for white blood cells, motile trichomonads, hyphal forms of yeast, and bacteria. Results The rate of the abnormal white blood cells was 45.07% , and vulvovaginal candidiasis, bacterial vaginosis, trichomonal vaginitis and mixed infection（candiasis and bacteria） were 3.47 %, 4.40 %, 0.20 % and 0.80 % respectively. Conclusion According to the survey results, women should pay more attention to regular gynecological examinations.
