Ⅰ类手术切口围手术期抗菌药物使用调查和对策

Investigation and Strategy of Antibacterial Use on Type Ⅰ Operative Incision during Peri-operation

目的探讨总结我院Ⅰ类手术切口围手术期预防感染抗菌药物使用情况,评价围手术期预防性用药的合理性并提出相应的对策。方法抽取我院2008年6～11月出院的所有Ⅰ类手术切口病例共1072份,并从中随机抽查病历165份,分别填写调查表,进行统计分析。结果使用抗菌药物的有127例,抗菌药物使用率为76.97%。预防用药起点高,用药时机不当,用药疗程过长,联合用药不合理。结论我院围手术期预防感染用药存在较多问题,亟待加强对临床医生规范化使用药物的培训和管理。

Objective To investigate and summarize the antibacterials use on type I of operative incision during peri-operation, and to evaluate the rationality of prophylactic medication and to give the homologous strategy. Methods The 165 case files were selected from 1 072 case files discharged from our hospital from June to November in 2008, all of which were analyzed statistically by the way of questionaires. Results The 127 cases were given the antibacterials, and the rate of use was 76.97%.The prophylactic medication was in high level from beginning, the chance of use drug was not appropriate, the course of treatment was too long and drug combination was unreasonable. Conclusion There are many problems of antibacterials use during peri-operation, so the normalization fo training and management should be enforced on clinicians.
