摘要
金融危机给建筑企业带来了机遇,但同时也带来了挑战和风险。如何抓住机遇,化解风险,是每个企业都迫切需要解决的问题。笔者根据近年来参加工程投标报价的经验及教训,就工程投标报价的风险进行分析,并提出单纯评分比较法、加权评分比较法和决策树分析法等投标报价风险预测和决策方法,对工程投标报价有一定的参考价值。
Lately borned financial crisis brings opportunities to construction enterprises and meanwhile challenges and risks. It is an urgent problem to every construction enterprise on how to seize the opportunities and get rid of risks. The author, on the basis of his experiences and lessons obtained from engineering bidding and quoting practices these years, analyses potential risks of project quotations, and puts forward risk- prediction＆decision -making methods such as score -only comparison method, weighted mark comparison method and decisiontree comparison method, which have certain reference value to project quotations.
