财政投资项目全过程评审监督的思考及建议

Think and recommendation to the accreditation and supervision of financial investment project in the whole process

从财政投资项目评审监督的工作实际出发,分析目前财政投资项目工程造价控制中存在的主要问题及其原因,提出要做好财政投资项目的工程造价管理,政府相关管理部门必须密切配合,齐抓共管,才能真正提高政府投资项目的投资效益。同时,对如何进一步深化财政部门的全过程评审监管,加强财政投资项目的管理提出建议。

According to the practice of accreditation and supervision of financial investment, the author analyze the problems existing in project cost control of financial investment and get the reasons which bring about the problems. The author also propose that other related government departments must coorperate with financial department in order to do a good job to the cost management of financial investment project, and they can really improve the effectiveness of financial investment projects. At the same time, the author give some advices which can deepen the accreditation and supervision of financial investment project in the whole process, and strengthen the management of financial investment project.
