摘要
目的探讨理工中专生应对方式特点及其与心理健康的关系。方法对整体随机抽取的理工中专生,用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)进行调查分析。结果理工中专生SCL-90各因子评分均显著高于全国常模(P<0.01和P<0.05),而积极应对和消极应对均分明显低于全国常模(P<0.05和P<0.01)。积极应对方式与SCL-90强迫症状、敌对和精神病性呈负相关,与其余6个因子呈正相关。消极应对方式与SCL-90各因子呈正相关,除强迫症状外,消极应对方式与SCL-90其他8个因子呈显著正相关(P<0.01和P<0.05)。结论理工中专生的应激水平低于全国常模,应对方式与心理健康之间存在显著相关性,应加强对学生应对方式的指导,以促进学生的心理健康。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of coping style and its relationship to mental health of junior college students of science and technology school. Methods To analysis the random sample of junior college students of science and technology school with Symptom Check List( SCL-90 ) and simplified coping style questionnaire (SCSQ). Results All factor marks of SCL-90 in junior college students of science and technology school were higher significantly than that of ordinary youth (P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ) , while positive and negative coping average score were obviously lower than that norm in china(P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). Positive coping style was negative correlation with SCL-90 compulsion symptom,rivalry, mental sickness and obsessive-compulsive neurosi,which was positive correlation with rest six factors of SCL-90. Negative coping style was positive correlation with SCL-90 separated factors. Except obsessive-compulsive neurosi,negative coping style was positive correlation with SCL-90 the rest eight factors ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The junior college students of science and technology school have lower stress level. Coping style is remarkably related to mental health. More emphasis should be paid to guide the coping style of junior college students with the purpose to improve the mental health.
