摘要
石油勘探大部分在人迹罕至的地方,各种突发事件不可预测,加强应急思想政治工作实为必要。从自身经历的两件应急思想政治工作出发,论述了石油勘探行业应急思想政治工作的背景、工作目标和工作方法,提出了应急思想政治工作思路应以常态思想政治工作为基础,体现时效性,强化应急思想政治工作的制度建设和长效机制建设。创新性地提出石油勘探企业思想政治工作要突出知识性和提前量,为这类企业做好应急思想政治工作提供了新方法、新措施。
It is necessary to reinforce emergency ideological and political work in oil exploration industry as oil exploration activities are mostly carried out in unfrequented areas with unexpected happenings.Based on two emergency cases the author experienced,this paper discusses the backgrounds,objectives and methods of ideological and political work in oil exploration industry,suggesting that emergency ideological and political work should be based on normal-time ideological and political work with emphasis on quick response and construction of long-term mechanism of ideological and political work.The author also points out that ideological and political work in oil exploration enterprises should give priority to informativeness and precautions.
