借鉴埃及经验 发展四川农业

LEARNING FROM EGYPT,DEVELOPING AGRICULTURE IN SICHUAN

针对发展农业科技推动四川农业强省建设问题,通过收集与查阅相关资料、深入阿拉伯埃及共和国实地调查,与埃及科技人员、农场管理者及农民广泛接触等方式方法,了解埃及的农业发展经验。讨论了埃及的农业发展存在着人地矛盾突出、政府鼓励开荒扩耕及水资源匮乏的特点,介绍了埃及农业科技研究的机构及现状,分析了埃及农业科技在体系建设、成果转化、节水政策和成果推广应用等方面的成功经验,提出了四川在新农村建设与农业现代化建设中应当着重建立相应的法规与行业标准,发展综合旱作节水农业技术,加强农技推广体系建设及加强与埃及的交流合作等建议。

This paper introduces the Egyptian agriculture research institutions and their success in research system establishment,research achievements transfer and promotion,and water conservation through literature research and field investigation in the Arab Republic of Egypt.Egyptian government also encourages enlarging cultivated land to compensate for their limited land resources.It is then suggested by the author that,in constructing new socialist countryside and in modernizing agriculture,Sichuan should focus on legislation,water-saving technologies and agricultural technology promotion.
