摘要
测定了104例体检人员的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、血清唾液酸(SA)、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和空腹血糖(FPG),以研究受检人员血压水平变化对血清SA及血脂含量的影响,及其血液生化代谢的病理变化。结果表明,随着血压水平的升高,血清SA、TC和TG亦显著增高(P<0.05~0.01);血清SA含量增高组的SBP、DBP、TC和TG水平均显著高于SA正常组(P<0.01)。血压与血清SA呈正向性变化,且血脂也有同向性变化。因此血清SA增高可能是血压增高者血液生化代谢异常的指标之一以及危险因素之一。
cases borderline hypertension,35 cases hypertension and 36 normal control were explored the effect of biochemical metabolism disorder relation to hypertension by measured the blood lipids and silica acid (SA) with their blood pressure.The results showed that SA higher than normal level(SA≥580 mg/L) the blood pressure would be higher than the normal( P <0 01) and comminuted with blood lipid and glucose there were significant different with normal control group( P <0 05 for total cholesterol and P <0 01 for triglyceride).It indicated that the higher concentration of SA could be an item in biochemical metabolism disorder case and might be a risk factor of hypertension.
