摘要
笔者通过对咸宁市集体林权制度改革情况、效果及存在问题分析,提出了集体林权改革后发展林业的对策和建议。
The authors propose a number of countermeasures and suggestions after Reform of Collective Forest Right System through analysis on circumstances, effects and questions of Reform of Collective Forest Right System.
