摘要 提出一种适用于多相永磁无刷直流电动机的场路耦合运动时步有限元分析方法,给出了控制电路与电磁场方程耦合的时步有限元单元分析方法,采用插值运动边界法解决转子运动问题,并且应用上述模型对一台多相无刷直流电动机进行了仿真分析。仿真结果和实测波形吻合,实验结果验证了计算方法的正确性。 This paper introduced a time stepping finite element analysis (FEA) model coupled circuit field and movement which is used in multi-phase permanent magnet brushless DC motors. The element analysis of the control circuit and field coupling was presented. The interpolation moving boundary method was adopted to solve the rotor rotation problem, and the above model was employed to analyze the performance of multi-phase brushless DC motors. The simulation results are much close to the experimental results,which verifies the validity of the proposed method.
