摘要
环形行波型超声波电动机工作时,为了获得定子的最大振幅,定转子一般均采用弹性支撑。但当电机的直径增加时,定转子的支撑部分在轴向压力作用下引起的弯曲变形会大大增加,从而减少了电机的输出转矩。主要分析定子支撑宽度对定子振动特性的影响,并得出:直径100mm环形行波型超声波电动机的支撑宽度以9mm和4mm为宜。
The elastic stay bearing was used for ring-type ultrasonic motors to obtain the maximum amplitude of vibration. But when the stator diameter increased,the stator and rotor bend deforming increased greatly under the axial forcing, which caused the output torque to reduce quickly. The effect of stay bearing width on the vibration characteristics of ringtype ultrasonic motor was focused on. The result is that 9 mm and 4 mm stay bearing width are suitable for ring-type uitrasonic motors with 100 mm in diameter.
