老年人骨质疏松性骨折治疗药物研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 骨质疏松症是一种以低骨量和骨组织微结构破坏为特征，导致骨骼脆性增加和易发生骨折的全身性疾病。本病是老年人的一种常见病，随着人们寿命的延长，社会的老龄化，其发生率逐渐上升。骨折等并发症可致残、致死、耗资大，给患者、家庭和社会带来沉重的负担。因此，骨质疏松症的防治已成为一个世界性的重要公共卫生问题之一。
